Connecthings awarded at the RFID/NFC Award for the best application for Local Authorities

The Award for the best RFID/NFC application for the Local Authorities recognizes the company which succeeds in providing concrete answers to a user’s problem and whose deployment is a success.

This award is given by the French National RFID Centre  and the ESCP Europe. It was presented during the International RFID Congress 2013 taking place in Marseille on the 8th and 9th October 2013.

On this occasion, Arnaud Chevailler, Sales Director of Connecthings, commented: “We are very honoured and glad that the success of the solutions deployed by Connecthings in France is an inspiration for major European cities like Barcelona, Cambridge or Madrid”.

The French RFID Centre operates under the Association Act of 1901, and was created in 2008 on the initiative of the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry, to facilitate the development and use of the RFID and NFC technologies.

The ESCP Europe, founded in 1819, is the oldest business school in the world, and has trained several generations of directors and entrepreneurs. This school, thoroughly European,        has five campuses (Paris, London, Berlin, Madrid and Turin).
